WICHITA, Kan. – The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the Nationwide Hockey League’s San Jose Sharks and American Hockey League’s San Jose Barracuda, introduced the re-signing of defenseman T.J. Lloyd for the 2025-26 season.
Lloyd, 25, returns to Wichita for his second full season as a professional. He signed with the Savannah Ghost Pirates after finishing his senior yr of faculty in 2023-24 and appeared in 4 video games.
The Lloydminster, Saskatchewan native registered 25 factors (9g-16a) in 66 video games with Wichita in 2024-25.
Previous to turning professional, Lloyd began his school hockey profession at Bowling Inexperienced State College. Lloyd wearing 104 video games for the Falcons, tallying 38 factors (4g-34a). In 2022-23, he transferred to the College of Alaska-Fairbanks. Lloyd performed two years for the Nanooks, gathering 35 factors (6g-29a) in 68 video games.
