How do you describe the superb Katie Moon?
Let’s begin with some medals:
In 2021, Katie Moon received the pole vault on the delayed 2020 Tokyo Olympics with a clearance of 4.90 meters!
In 2024, Katie Moon received the silver medal within the Paris Olympic pole vault, with a clearance of 4.85 meters!
Katie has three World Championship Outside gold medals!
In 2022, Katie Moon lead a US gold and silver rush within the pole vault, with a leap of 4.85 meters in Eugene, Oregon.
In 2023, in Budapest, Hungary, Katie Moon shared the title with Nina Kennedy of AUS, sharing gold with a clearance of 4.90 meters.
In 2025, Katie Moon returned to the Tokyo Olympic stadium, with 60-65,000 followers per evening, and took the gold medal, quantity 3 with a leap of 4.90 meters, taking the “three-peat”!
Indoors, Katie has taken the silver medal in Belgrade 2022, with a clearance of 4.75 meters.
In 2024, at Glasgow, Katie took the bronze medal within the 2024 Glasgow World Championships.
Katie Moon has cleared 4.95 meter (16’3″) outdoor, with a leap o June 26, 2026, on the US Olympic Trials. Katie is quantity 5 on the all time finest girls’s pole vault out of doors listing.
Indoors, Katie has cleared 4.94 meters (16’2.5″) on February 11, 2023, in New York Metropolis!
Katie Moon has a 100 meters PB (2020) of 11.91 seconds and at 60 meters of seven.93 seconds!
This interview, one among my favorties, was achieved in September 2025, simply after Katie Moon took gold and Sandi Morris took silver, giving the U.S. gold and silver within the pole vault.
