Kevin Streelman introduced Saturday on social media that he would require surgical procedure to restore his injured knee.
“It saddens me to report that I suffered a knee harm the opposite day. The MRI confirmed a tear in my [meniscus] that may require surgical procedure within the upcoming weeks,” Streelman wrote on X. “I am past appreciative of my household, pals, and sponsors that proceed to face by me throughout this troublesome time. After the required rehab I will be excited to return to the [PGA Tour] even stronger than earlier than. Thanks to your ideas and prayers. A lot love.”
Streelman, 46, has gained a pair of PGA Tour titles. He gained the then-Tampa Bay Championship in 2013 and the Vacationers Championship in 2014.
He completed tied for fifteenth on the Farmers Insurance coverage Open in January.
