Arc’teryx athlete Élise Poncet smashed the ladies’s round-trip ski ascent document of Mont Blanc by over half-hour on Friday, Could 16, finishing the journey in a complete time of 6 hours, 54 minutes, and 47 second.
Her document try started at 5am from the church in Chamonix. The route required just below 22 miles (35km) of climbing and snowboarding over about 12,467 toes (3,800 meters) of elevation achieve.
Élise is most well-known for her medals within the working scene, however she brings over a decade of expertise in each path working and alpinism into the document try.
