Former Mexican world champion Miguel “Alacrán” Berchelt (42-3-0, 38 KOs) returned to the ring with a victory over Venezuelan Edixon Pérez (30-13-1, 24 KOs) in an occasion held on the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas (UAT) gymnasium. The occasion featured eleven fights and broadcast in practically 80 nations.
