PERTH, Australia — Corey Day stormed from sixth on the grid to win Friday’s Merger Contracting Sprintcar Muster on the Perth Motorplex.
Day took benefit of his last drive aboard the Williamson No. 3u to win his second race at Perth throughout his Australian tour.
Day sliced by way of lap visitors in holding off fellow American Cole Macedo for the $10,000 triumph.
James McFadden completed third, with Brad Maiolo and Brad Candy finishing the highest 5.
