ROCKINGHAM, N.C. — Jesse Love endured a crash-marred race to win Saturday’s North Carolina Lottery 250 NASCAR Xfinity Sequence race at Rockingham Speedway.
It was a sold-out crowd within the first Rockingham Xfinity Sequence race since 2004.
