Victor Olofsson signed a one-year contract with the Colorado Avalanche on Wednesday. Monetary phrases weren’t disclosed.
The 30-year-old ahead had 29 factors (15 objectives, 14 assists) in 56 regular-season video games for the Vegas Golden Knights final season and 4 factors (two objectives, two assists) in 9 Stanley Cup Playoff video games, his first time competing within the NHL postseason.
Olofsson turned an unrestricted free agent July 1.
Chosen by the Buffalo Sabres within the seventh spherical (No. 181) of the 2014 NHL Draft, Olofsson has 211 factors (105 objectives, 106 assists) in 370 regular-season video games for the Sabres and Golden Knights.
