To say it has been a lean season for snow within the resorts of France, Andorra and Spain within the Pyrenees is a little bit of an understatement.
Not solely have runs been closed, however complete resorts have too.
There have been excessive temperatures and a scarcity of snowfall.
It has been one of many worst seasons in recent times.
Not any extra, with some areas seeing over 1m of recent snow.

In Andorra the primary resorts in Grandvalira are planning to open all of the slopes this weekend for the primary time this season.
It’s comparable in Spain with Baqueira Beret and Formigal hoping to open all their terrain.
PlanetSKI visited the Pyrenees in January – first France after which Andorra.
We have been fortunate and have been within the resorts after just about the one first rate fall of winter.
Nonetheless we needed to cancel our deliberate journey to Spain because the snow was in sparse provide.
