Hey all — I’m a lifelong endurance racing fan (WEC, Le Mans, IMSA), and I’ve all the time dreamed of being a part of a 24H group. However like most of us, I’ve bought a full-time job, a household, and restricted time.
So I began constructing one thing that might convey that group endurance expertise to common individuals — via sim racing.
That is the primary Sim Workforce Architect prototype, and it’s constructed across the iRacing Nürburgring 24H — a digital model of one of many hardest races on earth.
The concept is easy:
We construct small, matched groups of drivers with actual lives and restricted time You get a structured prep plan (1–4 hrs/week max) There’s a coach onboard (real-life System Ford driver) for anybody who desires to enhance We race the complete 24 hours — collectively — with clear liveries, assigned roles, and a shared objective: simply end the rattling race and revel in it
It’s utterly free. Simply one thing I’m testing to show that you simply don’t should be a professional or grind for 30 hours to do one thing epic.
When you’ve ever watched Le Mans or N24 and thought “Man, I’d like to be a part of one thing like that,” — that is it. You’ll be a part of an actual group, prepping like an actual race, with not one of the stress and all the proper vibes.
