Jon Scheyer has signed a contract extension to stay as head coach of Duke by way of the 2030-31 season. The brand new deal provides two seasons on his contract that was beforehand by way of the 2028-29 season. Scheyer beforehand signed a contract extension in 2023.

Scheyer has landed the No. 1-ranked class in three of Scheyer’s 4 recruiting cycles, ending No. 2 again in 2023.Â
Scheyer had been this system’s affiliate head coach for 4 seasons and an assistant coach for 4 seasons earlier than taking on for Mike Krzyzewski.
